Appointments of Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and Chair

Further to the ASX announcement on 5th December 2019 regarding the resignation of its CFO and Company Secretary Mr Dan Drewe on 28th February 2020, LogiCamms Limited (ASX:LCM) is pleased to advise that it has appointed Mr Michael Casey to the role of Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Casey has commenced today with the Company on a part-time basis for the purposes of hand over from Mr Drewe, before taking on the official CFO role following finalisation of duties with his current employer.

As part of the transition the Company will be appointing Mr Andrew Ritter as Company Secretary effective 28th February 2020. Mr Ritter has been working on a consulting basis with Mr Drewe for some time in preparation for his appointment as Company Secretary.

In line with the previous announcement that Mr Charles Rottier will be stepping down from the Board after the release of the Company's half-year results, an executive recruitment firm is now well advanced in the search for a new director to replace Mr Rottier.

LogiCamms is also pleased to announce that the Board has elected Mr Phillip Campbell to take on the role of Board Chair. Mr Campbell is an experienced independent Non-Executive Director on publicly listed and private company boards and is currently the Non-Executive Chair of Fleetwood Corporation Limited (ASX:FWD) and Vmoto Limited (ASX:VMT). This appointment will take effect at the conclusion of the LogiCamms February Board meeting scheduled for 26th February 2020, and Mr Rottier will resign from the Board on the 28th February 2020.
