'In view of the very good performance in the first half of the year', Veolia fully confirms its 2023 objectives, with in particular organic EBITDA growth now expected at the top end of the +5 to +7% range.

In the first six months of the year, its net income before non-recurring items, group share, reached 662 million euros, up 18.7% at constant exchange rates, while its EBITDA stood at 3.16 billion, up 8.2% on a like-for-like basis.

Ahead of its annual targets for synergies and efficiency gains, the utility services group posted sales of just under 22.8 billion, up 14.2% on a like-for-like basis (+5.2% excluding the effect of energy prices).
