Changes in Registrant's Certifying Accountant
On July 13, 2021 UTG, Inc, ('Registrant'), entered into a letter agreement with Armanino LLP to complete the professional services previously engaged by Brown Smith Wallace LLC for the Registrant.
Brown Smith Wallace LLC and Armanino LLP will merge effective August 1, 2021. The firm will carry the Armanino LLP name and maintain all current operations.
