Savannah Minerals Corp. announced that it expects to receive CAD 0.5 million in funding

Savannah Minerals Corp. announced a non-brokered private placement of 10,000,000 units at CAD 0.50 per unit for gross proceeds of CAD 500,000 on April 4, 2022. Each unit consists of one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant.

Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at CAD 0.75 per share for a period of one year from the issuance date. The transaction is expected to close on May 31, 2022.
