The Shareholders of the Company approved the Postal Ballot Resolution for change in the name of the Company from Minda Industries Limited to "UNO Minda Limited", intimated to the stock exchanges on 30 June, 2022, through the Postal Ballot Results..
Subsequently, the Company filed an application with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi for issue of fresh certificate of incorporation.
We are pleased to inform that the Registrar of Companies, Delhi has approved our application and has granted a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 14 July, 2022, pursuant to change of name to "UNO Minda Limited". The copy of the said certificate is enclosed herewith.
