Unibios S A : Announcement for the Postponement of the Repeated Extraordinary General Assembly of Shareholders

The shareholders of Unibios Holdings S.A., after an invitation of the Board of Directors of the company attended a Repeat Extraordinary General Meeting at the Company's Headquarters today 03.03.2023. Those present and represented amounted to 6.4% of the share capital and the meeting was in quorum. Shareholders holding more than one twentieth of the share capital requested the postponement of decisions by this meeting for the 20.03.2023. The proposal was accepted by the President and the assembly will continue in the same place and at the same time (14:00) on 20.03.2023. The record date of 19.02.2023 is still valid for the continuation of the General Assembly
