Subject: Notification on Registration of Capital Decrease by Par Value Reduction

To: Managing Director of the Stock Exchange of Thailand

Pursuant to the Annual General Meeting year 2022 of shareholders of Tycoons Worldwide Group (Thailand) Public Co., Ltd. ("the Company"), held on April 26th, 2022, passed a resolution: Approved to decrease of the Company's registered capital by reduction of par value of the share from 10.00 Baht each to 7.50 Baht each. After the reduction, Company will have registered capital and paid-up capital 4,475,616,750 baht, with 596,748,900 ordinary shares under par value of 7.50 Baht each

The Company has announced the resolution of the capital reduction through newspapers and also sent out letters notifying such resolution to the Company's creditors for opposition which is due on June 29th, 2022. The capital reduction has already been registered with the Ministry of Commerce on July 8th, 2022
