Tonami Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:9070) entered into an agreement to acquire 67% stake in Shinsei Warehouse &Transportation Co., Ltd. from existing shareholders on July 31, 2020. Tonami Holdings purchased 0.16 million shares of Shinsei Warehouse &Transportation, representing 67% stake. Shinsei Warehouse &Transportation Co., Ltd will convert into a consolidated subsidiary of Tonami Holdings Co., Ltd. Shinsei Warehouse &Transportation generates operating revenue of ¥4.4 billion, total assets of ¥1.08 billion and net worth of ¥3.6 billion for the year end March 2020. The Board of Directors of Tonami Holdings resolved the transaction.
