Tianjin Hi-Tech Development Co.,Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was CNY 66.727 million compared to CNY 270.374 million a year ago. Operating loss was CNY 12.303 million compared to operating Income of CNY 13.509 million a year ago. Net loss was CNY 13.056 million compared to net income of CNY 8.641 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.0202 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of CNY 0.0134 a year ago.
Tianjin Hi-Tech Development Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the development and operation of industrial estate properties. The Company's main businesses include the property business, high-tech industry investment, incubation services and trading. The Companyâs property projects include business process outsourcing (BPO) site, hi-tech innovation base and hi-tech green industrial base, among others. High-tech industry investment is mainly involved in the equity investment in enterprises. Incubation services provide professional services to entered enterprises, such as finance consulting, patent services and entrepreneurship mentor training. Trading business mainly consist of the wholesale of iron and steel and other construction materials. The Company primarily conducts its business in North China.
