Tianjin Hi-Tech Development Co.,Ltd. announced earnings results for the half year ended June 30, 2020. For the half year, the company announced sales was CNY 173.924 million compared to CNY 425.558 million a year ago. Operating loss was CNY 17.405 million compared to operating Income of CNY 28.302 million a year ago. Net loss was CNY 15.603 million compared to net income of CNY 18.497 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.0242 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of CNY 0.0286 a year ago.

The Company's main businesses include the property business, high-tech industry investment, incubation services and trading. The Companyâs property projects include business process outsourcing (BPO) site, hi-tech innovation base and hi-tech green industrial base, among others. High-tech industry investment is mainly involved in the equity investment in enterprises. Incubation services provide professional services to entered enterprises, such as finance consulting, patent services and entrepreneurship mentor training. Trading business mainly consist of the wholesale of iron and steel and other construction materials. The Company primarily conducts its business in North China.
