The Taiko Bank,Ltd. (TSE:8537) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 100,000 shares, representing 1.05% of its issued share capital at a price of ¥1,350 per share, for ¥135 million. The purpose of the program is to implement agile capital policies and enhance the return of profits to shareholders. As of October 31, 2020, the company had 9,506,489 shares in issue (excluding treasury stock) and 164,911 shares in treasury.
