Osaka Gas Co., Ltd. (TSE:9532) completed the acquisition of 25% stake in Progressive Energy Corp. from The Okinawa Electric Power Company, Incorporated (TSE:9511) on March 5, 2019.

The Company mainly engaged in power supply, general power transmission and distribution, and retail electricity business in Okinawa.
