On May 13, 2024, the Board of Directors of The Keepers Holdings, Inc. appointed officers of the Company for the year 2024 - 2025. The company announced appointment of Jewelyn Jumalon as assistant corporate secretary and compliance officer and Robin Derrick Chua as member of corporate governance committee.
