The Board of Directors of Aiphone Co., Ltd. (TSE:6718) authorized a share repurchase program on August 22, 2013. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 3,200,000 shares at a price of ¥271 per share, for a total cost of ¥867.2 million. Repurchases will be made by a way of Off-auction Own Share Repurchase. Repurchase will take place on August 23, 2013.
Aiphone Co., Ltd.'s share repurchase program expired on August 23, 2013. Under the program, the company repurchased 2,977,000 shares at a price ¥271 per share, for a total cost of ¥806.8 million.
