Terna, resignation of board member Ernesto Carbone

(Alliance News) - Terna Spa announced Monday that board member Ernesto Carbone has resigned with immediate effect following his appointment by Parliament in joint session as a member of the Superior Council of the Magistracy.

On Monday, Terna closed in the green by 0.4 percent at EUR7.33 per share.
