(Alliance News) - Terna Spa announced Friday that it has renewed its program of issuing

bonds called the Euro Medium Term Note Program.

On this occasion, the maximum amount that can be subscribed has been increased to EUR12.00 billion.

The program is listed on the regulated Luxembourg Stock Exchange and has received from

rating agencies the following assignment: 'BBB+/A-2' by S&P and "(P)Baa2

/(P)P-2" by Moody's.

IMI Intesa Sanpaolo and UniCredit served as joint arrangers of the EMTN Program.

Terna closed Friday down 0.8 percent to EUR7.73 per share.
