Terna has obtained authorization from the Ministry of the Environment to carry out works worth 70 million euros to meet a connection request from Enea in Rome.
The set of authorized interventions, Terna says in a note, includes the construction of three new 150-kV power lines in fully buried cable for a total of about 40 km.
To guarantee the power and continuity of supply required by Enea, Terna will also build a new 150 kV Electricity Shunting Station, in the Municipality of Frascati, and will upgrade the existing 'Roma Est' Station, in the Municipality of Gallicano nel Lazio.
