KBB Agrotech LLP entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire Karjeepara Tea Factory of Terai Tea Company Limited for INR 78.5 million.

KBB Agrotech LLP entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire Karjeepara Tea Factory of Terai Tea Company Limited (BSE:530533) for INR 78.5 million on August 29, 2020. KBB Agrotech will pay INR 0.24 million for the land, INR 0.4 million for the factory building and INR 0.15 million for the plant and machinery. The transaction is expected to close on September 3, 2020.
