Telekom Slovenije Appoints Four Supervisory Board Members

The shareholders of Telekom Slovenije approved the appointment of four members of its supervisory board. Iztok Cernos, Aleksandar Iglicarj, Marko Kerin and Radovan Cerjak will join the supervisory board of Telekom Slovenije for a four-year term on January 22. With the election of new members, the term of office of supervisory board members Bostjan Koler, Dimitrij Marjanovic and Stefan Belingar expired. The shareholders of the company also terminated the mandate of Igor Rozman in the supervisory board as of January 21. In November, Telekom Slovenije appointed Bostjan Koler as president of the supervisory board.

On November 6, 2013, the Company concluded the transaction of transferring a 100% stake in the capital of PRIMO Communications SHPK to AD-Trade SHPK, Albania. The Companyâs major shareholder is Slovenska odskodninska druzba dd with a stake of 72.75%.
