A1 Croatia, part of A1 Telekom Austria Group, has appointed Dejan Turk as its new CEO, after Jiri Dvorjancansky stepped down after more than 10 years in the role. Turk joined A1 some 20 years ago, working as CEO of its units in Serbia and Slovenia. In future, he will be in charge of both the Slovenian and Croatia markets.
