TCW Strategic Income Fund, Inc. announced a year-end distribution to holders of record on December 31, 2021 and payable January 14, 2022. The distribution represents a regular quarterly net investment income distribution of $0.0550, $0.0402 of short-term capital gain $0.0777 of long-term capital gain.
TCW Strategic Income Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end investment management company. The Fundâs investment objective is focused on achieving a total return comprised of current income and capital appreciation, and it seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in a range of securities, including convertible securities, marketable equity securities, investment-grade debt securities, high-yield debt securities, securities issued or guaranteed by the United States Government, its agencies and instrumentalities (United States Government Securities), repurchase agreements, mortgage-related securities, convertible securities, asset-backed securities, money market securities, and other securities and derivative instruments without limit believed by the Fundâs investment advisor to be consistent with the Fundâs investment objective. TCW Investment Management Company LLC (the Advisor) is the investment advisor of the Fund.
