Tonami Holdings Co. Ltd. (TSE:9070) agreed to acquire an additional 3.72% stake in Takagi Seiko Corporation (JASDAQ:4242) from Junichi Matsuki on November 22, 2012. Under the terms, Junichi Matsuki will sell 0.5 million shares.
Following the completion, Tonami Holdings will own 0.65 million shares of Takagi Seiko Corporation. The deal is expected to close on November 26, 2012.
