Tai Sin Electric Limited Appoints Lee Fang Wen as Member of the Audit Committee, the Nominating Committee and the Remuneration Committee

The Board of Directors of Tai Sin Electric Limited ("Tai Si") announced that the Board has appointed Mr. Lee Fang Wen, a Non-executive and Independent Director of Tai Sin, as a member of the Audit Committee, the Nominating Committee and the Remuneration Committee
with effect from 1 October 2015.
