T.RAD Co., Ltd. (TSE:7236) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 26,000 shares, representing 0.4% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for a total purchase price of ¥67.29 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of ¥2,588 per share.
The purpose of the program is to improve capital efficiency and implement a flexible capital policy that responds to changes in the business environment. The program will be valid till August 9, 2022. As of June 30, 2022, the company had 6,534,761 issued shares (excluding treasury stock) and 177,650 treasury shares.
