T.RAD Co., Ltd. (TSE:7236) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 120,000 shares, representing 1.64% of the outstanding shares, at 1,781 per share for ¥213.72 million. The purpose of the program is to enhance capital efficiency and to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. As of August 5, 2019, the company had 7,303,090 shares and 1,041,315 shares in treasury.
