System and Application Technology Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A060540) acquired 72.7% stake in Gameprix Co.,Ltd. for KRW 400 million on March 21, 2012. System and Application acquired 0.08 million shares of Gameprix. GAMEPRIX reported revenue of KRW 766.2 million, net loss of KRW 699.6 million, total assets of KRW 300 million and net liabilities of KRW 1.6 billion for the year ended December 31, 2011. The Board of Directors of System and Application passed the resolution on March 21, 2012.
