Symrise AG (XTRA:SY1) signed a purchase agreement to acquire Schaffelaarbos BV from Intersaction and the management of Schaffelaarbos on January 7, 2022. Symrise will finance the transaction through a dedicated bank facility. For the year 2021, Schaffelaarbos reported sales of approximately €25 million.
The transaction is expected to close in January 2022.
