Vindico Security AB (OM:VSEC) signed a letter of intent to acquire Nokas Solutions AB from Noth Invest AB, Silvede Holding AB, HEW AB and Acta Larmsystem AB for SEK 11.5 million.

Vindico Security AB (OM:VSEC) signed a letter of intent to acquire Nokas Solutions AB from Noth Invest AB, Silvede Holding AB, HEW AB and Acta Larmsystem AB for SEK 11.5 million on February 5, 2015. Vindico Security AB will finance the acquisition through the issue of 10.42 million shares to the owners of Nokas Solutions AB. Nokas Solutions AB had a turnover of SEK 22 million.
