As Successmore Being Plc. ("the Company") has placed the Initial Public Offering (IPO) since on 27th - 28th, 31st August 2020 and 1st September 2020 at the amount of 150,000,000 shares, the par value of IPO is 1.90 Baht, and registered the ordinary shares from capital increase raised to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on 8th September 2020. The Company has received total capital increase at the amount 285.00 Million Baht. After deduction distribution and underwriter fees as well as other expenses incurred from this offering, the balance are in the amount of 272.11 Million Baht.
In this regard, the Board of Directors Meeting No. 1/2022 held on February 23, 2022 resolved to approve the change in the objectives of the IPO utilization by adjusting the amount of the objective in no.1, which stated that "To use as funds for branch expansion projects or/and to improve the existing leased branches", the remaining amount of 30.08 million baht will be used for the purpose of no. 2, which stated that "To use as working capital in the business" because the Company has added an online ordering channels and slow down the expansion of branches.
