Star Minerals Limited (ASX:SMS) entered into a binding tenement sales agreement to acquire Tenement of E51/2069 from Drillabit Proprietary Limited for AUD 0.1 million on July 25, 2023. Under the terms of agreement, Star Minerals will pay AUD 15,000 in cash and will issue 2.111 million fully paid ordinary shares at a deemed issue price of $0.045 per share.
