Stantec Inc. signed an agreement to acquire ZETCON Ingenieure GmbH.

Stantec Inc. (TSX:STN) signed an agreement to acquire ZETCON Ingenieure GmbH on November 14, 2023. ZETCON will join the Stantec. The acquisition is expected to close in January 2024.

Sebastian Decker, Simon Wright, Semin O, Henriette Norda, Georg Haberkorn and Marc Lager of DLA Piper Germany and a team of DLA Piper?s office in Vienna acted as legal advisors for Stantec.
