On July 19, 2022, Zebedee, Inc. closed the transaction. The company has received $34,999,997.6976 in the transaction. The company has received $1,930,240.69760 in its second and final tranche.
The transaction was led by new investor Kingsway Capital Partners Limited and included participation from new investor Raine Ventures LLC, Square Enix Holdings Co., Ltd., returning investors Lakestar Advisors GmbH and Initial Capital LLP.
