Lyon, France - January 7, 2014 -Solvay announces the upgrade of Rhodiasolv® CPT.XP, its cyclopentanone electronics grade. Its unique properties have been reinforced to meet the stringent requirements of electronics demanding markets, notably in terms of purity, reducing significantly water and chloride contents.

Rhodiasolv® CPT.XP is mainly used in semiconductor industry as part of photo-resist applications. It provides drastic specifications - water under 0,05% and chloride content under 100ppb- thus supporting the key electronics players with reliable high quality products.
