Softlab, CEO Daniele Lembo resigns

(Alliance News) - Softlab Spa announced Friday that Daniele Lembo has resigned from his position as director and managing director and from other corporate positions held within the Group's companies, for personal reasons also related to the opportunity to evaluate and undertake new professional paths.

The resignation will be effective as of June 23, 2023.

Based on available information, the company reports that Daniele Lembo does not hold either

directly or indirectly of shares in Softlab.

Softlab on Friday closed in the green by 0.8 percent at EUR1.89 per share.
