Softsen Shenzhen Information Technology Co., Ltd announced that it will CNY 29,530,000 in an equity round of funding from returning investor Softcen Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A032680) on July 24, 2020. The company will raise the funding through shareholder allocation method. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company, and is expected to close on August 7, 2020.
