Softcen Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A032680) announced a private placement of 2,200,000 common shares of par value KRW 500 at a price of KRW 2,280 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 5,016,000,000 on May 15, 2020. The transaction will include participation from new investor Hongkong Chunsun International Trade Co., Ltd. The shares are being issued at a premium through a third party allotment. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company. The total number of shares issued are 33,575,801. The payment date for shares is June 24, 2020. The shares are subject to lock-up period of one-year.
