French lender Société Générale Société anonyme (ENXTPA:GLE) is considering a sale of its digital bank for professional clients from the startup sphere called Shine, newspaper Les Echos reported on January 24, 2024, citing unnamed sources. A SocGen spokesperson declined to comment when contacted by Reuters. The report said the lender was in the process of approaching potential buyers of the business, citing several unnamed sources.
