Societe Egyptiene D Entreprises Moukhtar Ibrahim SAE (SEDE) is an Egypt-based company engaged in the provision of contracting and construction services within and outside Egypt. The Company is engaged in building and developing new integrated areas; contracting activities, and commercial and industrial works; importing and exporting, and investments in real estate and properties, land reclamation and division. SEDE's local projects include the construction of waste water disposals, potable water plants, electric power plants, roads, bridges, touristic villages, housing, and industrial and public buildings. The Company has operations in Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Libya, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates and Oman. SEDE is a subsidiary of National Company for Construction & Development, which holds a 91.55% stake in the Company's capital.
