Socialwire Co.,Ltd. (TSE:3929) concluded a contract to acquire Find Model, Inc from Kota Fukuda, Keisuke Tobita and others for approximately ¥260 million on April 27, 2018. Under the terms, Socialwire Co.,Ltd will acquire 7000 shares of Find Model, Inc. Post acquisition, Find Model, Inc will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Socialwire Co.,Ltd. Find Model, Inc reported total assets of ¥70 million, net assets of ¥42 million, sales of ¥137 million, operating profit of ¥41 million and net income of ¥30 million for the period ended March 2018. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of Directors of Socialwire Co.,Ltd on April 27, 2018. The deal is expected to close on May 2, 2018. Socialwire Co.,Ltd will pay an advisory cost of ¥6 million.
