SOCIALWIRE CO., Ltd. (TSE:3929) signed a contract to acquire 84.4% stake in Transmart Inc. from SECOM CO.,LTD. (TSE:9735), Junichi Hattori and others for ¥65 million on March 11, 2016. Under the terms of the agreement, SOCIALWIRE CO. will acquire 1,520 shares. The transaction was resolved by Board of Directors of SOCIALWIRE CO. on March 11, 2016. The tentative share transfer date is April 8, 2016. The estimated amount of advisory expenses is ¥2 million.
