SKAGEN Kon-Tiki Stock

Skagen Kon-Tiki Verdipapirfond (the Fund) is a Norway-based investment fund. It has an international investment mandate, but is required to invest at least 50% of the assets in the global emerging markets. The Fund invests primarily in undervalued, under-researched and unpopular companies engaged in various business activities. As of January 31, 2013, its portfolio primarily included companies active within such sectors, as financials (18.4%), consumer discretionary (16%), industrials (13.4%), energy (10.3%) and information technology (10.1%), among others. The Fund's investments are primarily active in South Korea, Brazil, Russia and Turkey, among others, and comprise such companies, as Samsung Electronics Co Ltd, Hyundai Motor Co, Great Wall Motor Co Ltd, Baker Hughes Inc and Haci Omer Sabanci Holding AS, among others. The Fund is managed by an investment company, Skagen AS.
