Polar Capital Technology Trust Plc is a United Kingdom-based investment trust. The Company's investment objective is to maximize long-term capital growth through investing in a diversified portfolio of technology companies around the world. The Company’s interest in any one company will not exceed 10% of the gross assets of the Company, save where the Benchmark weighting of any investee company in the Company’s portfolio exceeds this level, in which case the Company will be permitted to increase its exposure to such investee company up to the Benchmark neutral weighting of that company or, if lower, 15% of the Company’s gross assets. The Company will have a maximum exposure to companies listed in emerging markets (as defined by the MSCI Emerging Markets Index) of 25% of its gross assets. It invests in various sectors, including software, semiconductors and semiconductor equipment, and others.
