Siamraj Public Company Limited announced that Mr. Bunprasit Tangchaisuk has resigned from the position of the Independent Director, Member of Audit Committee and Member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company due to his other business engagement caused him unable to perform any acts in such positions with effect from May 1, 2024 onwards.
