Ms. Ritsuko Nonomiya is an external audit & supervisory board member as provided. The Company has designated Ms. Ritsuko Nonomiya as an independent audit & supervisory board member as prescribed in Article 436-2 of the Securities Listing Regulations of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and elected Yoshiaki Fujimori as independent directors at the AGM held on March 25, 2020.
