The Properties Development segment is principally engaged in the construction, sales and leasing of commercial buildings and residential buildings by entrusted manufacturers. The Construction Business segment is principally engaged in the construction and civil engineering businesses. The Other Business segment is principally engaged in the construction of hotels, the development of real estates and the general investment businesses. The Company mainly operates its businesses in the central and northern areas of Taiwan.
