Shin Kong Financial Holding Co., Ltd. announced cash dividend on common shares of TWD 0.4 per share and the total amount distributed will be TWD 5,210,000,000. Ex-rights (ex-dividend) trading date is July 29, 2021, Ex-rights (ex-dividend) record date is August 4, 2021 and the distribution date of cash dividends will be August 17, 2021.
