Dongguan Neoway Internet of Things Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 9 million in equity round of funding on October 28, 2020. The transaction will include participation from existing investor Shenzhen Neoway Technology Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:688159) to retain its 100% stake. Upon closing, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 1 million to CNY 10 million. The transaction has been approved in the 21st meeting of the 2nd board of directors of the company.
Shenzhen Neoway Technology Co., Ltd. is a China-based provider of Internet of Things (IoT) access communications products and services. The Company is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of IoT wireless communication modules, IoT wireless communication terminals and IoT wireless communication solutions. The IoT wireless communication modules are the core components for connecting network of intelligent connected terminal products. It enables all types of intelligent connected terminal products to have the ability to access IoT and realize remote monitoring, control, optimization and automatic operation. The IoT wireless communication terminal products mainly include N2810 and N2860.
