Luo Keshu completed the acquisition of a 5.04% stake in Shenzhen Changfang Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300301) from Nanchang Opto Valley Group Co., Ltd. on December 5, 2022.
SHENZHEN CHANGFANG GROUP Co., LTD., formerly Shenzhen ChangFang Light Emitting Diode Lighting Co., LTD., is principally engaged in the research, development, design, production and distribution of light emitting diode (LED) lighting source devices and LED lighting products.
