Deng Zichang entered into an agreement to acquire additional 2.606% stake in Shenzhen Changfang Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300301) from Feng Yilin for CNY 82.8 million on December 1, 2020. The transaction is subject to approval procedures required by relevant authorities (including but not limited to China Securities Regulatory Commission, Shenzhen Stock Exchange, China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd.

SHENZHEN CHANGFANG GROUP Co., LTD., formerly Shenzhen ChangFang Light Emitting Diode Lighting Co., LTD., is principally engaged in the research, development, design, production and distribution of light emitting diode (LED) lighting source devices and LED lighting products.
