Hoban Construction Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire a 37.9% stake in Duckpyung Hill View Country Club Co.,Ltd. from SG Corporation (KOSE:A004060) for KRW 20.8 billion on January 17, 2019. Under the terms. SG Corporation will sell 3,788 shares of Duckpyung Hill View Country Club Co.,Ltd. and cease to hold any stake post-completion of the transaction. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors of SG Corporation on January 17, 2019 and is expected to close on February 1, 2019.
